New England Medical Group's Norwell location brings comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral healthcare directly to the South Shore community. Located at 600 Cordwainer Drive, Suite 101, minutes from Route 3 and Derby Street Shops in Hingham. Our facility is designed to be accessible to adults across the region without the need for residential or hospital-based treatment.

Our multidisciplinary team at Suite 101 specializes in adult mental health, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and dual diagnosis. We believe that treatment should be built around each individual's life, not the other way around. Whether you're stepping down from inpatient care or seeking your first structured program, we provide a clear path forward.

As a Joint Commission–accredited program, every aspect of care at this location meets the highest national standards for behavioral health treatment.

Mental Health Programs
at Our Norwell Location

Multiple levels of structured care designed for adults across the South Shore,
from full-day intensive programming to evening IOP for working professionals

Full Day Treatment (PHP)

A highly structured environment without an overnight stay. For adults stepping down from inpatient care or those needing rapid stabilization while maintaining home life. Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:30pm.

  • Daily group therapy sessions
  • Individual counseling with licensed clinicians
  • Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
  • Medication management
  • Family coordination sessions
  • Case management and discharge planning
  • Step-down transition planning
  • CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices

Half Day Treatment (IOP)

Morning or afternoon sessions, 3 to 5 days per week. IOP is designed for adults who need substantial clinical support but cannot step away from work or family obligations full-time.

  • Group and individual therapy
  • Psychiatric monitoring
  • Family programming available
  • Step-down from PHP or standalone entry point

Evening Programming: Evening IOP

The same clinical quality as daytime IOP, on a schedule built around careers and family commitments. Evening IOP runs Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at our Norwell location. Virtual evening programming is available for Massachusetts residents regardless of location.

  • In-person at Norwell or virtual for any MA resident
  • Ideal for co-occurring disorders
  • Designed for working adults who cannot attend daytime programming

Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management

Every patient begins with a thorough 45 to 60 minute evaluation reviewing symptom history, prior diagnoses, and medication history. Board-certified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners build individualized treatment plans.

  • Full diagnostic evaluation
  • Anxiety, depression, bipolar, and more
  • Prescribing and medication adjustments
  • Ongoing medication monitoring
  • Available standalone or integrated into a program
